This approach works by letting your creative spirit be fully engaged and actively supporting you. It involves:
- Bringing your life into your art-making. All of it – the confusion, overwhelm, hurt, beauty and strength. Letting your creative spirit do its healing work through your art-making and provide you with new insights and guidance.
- Making art regularly. Just as you eat and sleep daily to nourish your body, you regularly connect with and nourish your creative spirit with art-making.
- Bringing your creative spirit into more of your life. Where things aren’t working in life, you relax, be curious and let your creative spirit play and guide you. You ask "what if" questions. And you say and do different things which lets things shift and align with your creative, joyous self.
These elements together let you see clearly what is happening in your experience, gain new insights and be in action creating a life full of joy.
